Tooling

We design and manufacture many types of tooling from molds to dies and fixtures used in other Shops production requirements. Our team of toolmakers include both mold makers and die makers as well as all being accomplished machinists.

Production

Our production expertise is mostly in the EDM arena. We also do short run production on machined parts as well as using our vast resources of other shops in the area when capacity requirements exceed our in house capacity both in size and quantity.

EDM Services:

Wire EDM

We began our Wire EDM dept. in 1993 to complement our Sinker EDM capabilities. As we saw the need for precision Wire EDM service grow over the years we have expanded with it. It is our most precise form of metal removal.

Sinker EDM

Our Sinker EDM experience started with John Giangrasso in 1979. Since then technology has changed many times and so have we. Currently we have the largest capacity for Sinker EDMing in the the bay area and still growing. We can and have cut many different types of material and hardnesses.

Small Hole EDM

Small hole edm'ing was added in 2006 and headed up by Tony Giangrasso. It began with one project and has become a service we use almost daily. It is used for production as well as starter holes for our Wire EDM dept.

Machining

Since our whole team began as machinist/tool makers our expertise in this field is extensive. We have machined many types of material both small and large.
